 This includes single apartment buildings and complexes with multiple structures.

 

We are interested in well-maintained properties as well as those that offer opportunities for improvement, with a focus on long term rental income and growth potential.​

  • Garden-Style Apartments: Low-rise complexes (2–3 stories) with landscaped grounds
